The Darren Shan books are fabulous for children. I read book 1 with a class (year 7) and almost all of them (including the TA!) were transfixed and engaged enough to read other books in the series.I purchased this complete set for my niece and I think it was great value for money.

My 10 year old son loves these books. He can’t put them down.

Books are in excellent condition. Only reason is not 5 stars is because the box is quite damaged. Thanks to seller, very satisfied :)

I bought these for my son, who had read another set of books by Darren Shan. He couldn't put them down and are the best books he's ever read. He read them all within a month and after nearly 6 months he still talks about them regularly.

I am working with a young man who is reading these books at school, so thought I should read them to have another avenue for discussion. They are certainly not like the books of my childhood but have to say that once I started reading them, I could not put them down. Wonderful stories to capture the imagination.
