I've had a great experience with this supplement. After taking it consistently as directed, I noticed an improvement in my overall energy and well-being. One thing that really stood out to me was that my follow-up testosterone blood work came back better than before I started using it. While I can't say this was solely because of the supplement, I was very pleased with the improvement. The capsules are easy to take, and I didn't experience any negative side effects. Everyone's results may be different, but based on my personal experience, I'll definitely continue using it and would buy it again.

Great test booster. This really works. I've taken pro hormones and SARMs, based on my experience this works. Your not going to get similar results to the above, but it will spike your testosterone and get a little boost with a little aggression, it will be short lived but worth a few exercises in the gym. Keep in mind, it will ONLY be effective based on how you take it and the time you take it. My recommendation would be to take it right before the gym (like 10-15 minutes). I'll just say this regarding how you take it (food for thought), if you just swallow the capsule, your stomach will digest it and the crossover to the blood stream will be very low and likely NOT boost your testosterone levels (which applies to most test boosters).

I read that it's a 5a-reductase inhibitor (which lowers DHT - DHT is perhaps the strongest endogenous libido-enhancing hormone), which is probably counterproductive to the supposed libido-enhancing benefits. It may be useful to some (aside from the effect I mentioned, maybe it does enhance libido for some), but in my view it's a bad idea to take this substance. Secondly, the contents of the capsules were smaller than the capsules themselves and somewhat hardened. This reminded me of what happens to stale tribulus in capsules. Lastly, I don't like the strange garlicy-maple-syrup smell it had and that emanated from my body for a good 48 hours after taking just one dose (it smells worse than tribulus). FWIW, I did not feel any effects. For those using it for libido I would recommend looking up PEA for neurosteroid modulation and potential 5ar upregulation (although some might want to avoid that, but not me).

I did a lot of digging into over-the-counter testosterone boosters/enhancers. Most of these products cost upwards of $70 and in some cases $100-150+. The funny thing is many of them are basically this product plus a bunch of stuff you can get from cheaper alternate sources like pre-workout supplements. The only thing missing in the pre-workouts (that I use, at least) was Testofen aka Fenugreek Seed Extract. So here is the missing, seemingly key ingredient for natural testosterone boosting for $20. According to lab tests, fenugreek seed extract does dramatically increase free testosterone taken daily for at least 8-12 weeks, though total testosterone does not seem to change... so take that for what it is worth and Google a study if you'd like to learn more. Anyway, for $20, it's worth a shot to see how it effects you. Like another reviewer said, actual testosterone prescribed by a doctor will likely have a greater effect, but that requires visiting and getting approved by said doctor. Better to try the natural stuff first. Headaches and side-effects can be caused by a whole number of things such as diet and proper hydration. So make sure you have all of that in order before you take this or any supplement, really.

This is a scam. I received the product and the fenugreek material inside the capsules had spoiled. The fenugreek material is black and has a bitter and stale smell to it. That means the fenugreek has spoiled. I had already opened the bottle, and this item has a "no return policy". This is fraud. Don't waste your money.
