Getting Older! Bags, Dark circles and now strains of hair each time I brush! YIKES! Started about 8 months ago to realize I had to help along nature and help my ageing. A group on U tubers spoke of Biotin supplements that would aid with nails to strengthen and treat forehead wrinkles and ….hair loss! Zen nutrients. I immediately purchased from Amazon! Needed help! Lots of help. That was around 8 weeks ago. Relieved when less hair ended up in my brush ….StrutVite Works! For all issues … I also started to take a vitamin called Alive! I have Lupus and steroids have taken its toile on me, but I am still hanging in. I have a turn around with fatigue and can enjoy more hours in the day. You do not have to be ill to enjoy a growth of all your issues so look into this supplement with Biotin, just might be the edge to help. Happy to share with you, can recommend

I've been taking a variety of biotin and collagen vitamins for a while now and have tried quite a few different brands and combinations. When it comes to collagen I prefer capsules as opposed to powders you add to foods/beverages since they make me gag. Biotin, I usually prefer to take in a gummy form but I'm not opposed to taking it in a capsule. These capsules are larger than most of the other capsules I've taken but not terribly so. I don't think most people would have difficulty with swallowing them, but if you struggle with capsules of any kind you probably won't like them. It generally takes about 3 months of continued use for you to see meaningful results when you take just about any vitamin. I had already been taking biotin and collagen (along with some of these other vitamins) prior to using this and I've had fantastic results. From having the weakest thinnest nails that could barely grow, thinning hair, poor joints, and dry skin... I've gone to having normal human being nails for the first time ever in my life, considerably slowed hair loss, and noticed improvements in my joints and skin. Since taking this I didn't notice any difference in my results which makes me believe it was as effective as other brands I've used. The price is comparable to other similar brands with similar formularies.

These are huge! They are like horse pills. The bottle smells like it’s chock full of mineral and vitamin goodness. (Read in between the lines here: serious vitamin formula) I’m taking these because I want to have stronger nails. But other than that I would not take something so big like this. This is a swallow one at a time kind of pill. I tend to go towards gummy vitamins but they contain so much sugar sometimes. This is kind of the opposite of that.Each bottle has one month supply of vitamins. However this says on the bottle for optimal results continue using for six months or more. So this isn’t a quick fix vitamin. It’s some thing that you make part of your health routine in the long run.

.....that I wouldn't expect in a Hair, Skin, Nail supplement.It almost seems like you could take this as your main multi.I'm not saying you should do that, but really, check out what's in this.So I actually ordered this for Misses Shops too much, but I have taken it myself.To open the bottle, I get a very "vitamin B" smell; makes sense there's a few varieties of B vitamins in there.These come in a clear "Hypromellose" capsule; through it, you can see a bright yellow-ish powder.The capsule is easy to swallow.There is a slight bit of taste/smell bleed over, but nothing that should prevent you from getting it down.Because of the bright yellow-ish powder, I wondered if it was going to give me bright yellow pee;No, it did not.I also wondered if, with all the vitamins, it would cause an energy surge, as in, would it keep me awake. Also no, so far as I can tell.Because we are taking so many supplements, collagen among others that have similar health claims, I cannot attest to the effectiveness for the claims of hair, skin and nail growth/benefits.After Misses Shops too much has run through this, if there are any noticeable changes, I will update this review.I hope this review has enabled you to make an informed purchase decision.I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.

This is a great bottle of biotin-type supplements and vitamins all in one. It is great because it is full of so much. This is made in the USA which is also a bonus. I haven't noticed a difference yet but I do like all the ingredients. I feel like this can replace a few bottles you may already be taking such as Biotin, multi-vitamins and so forth - which would help offset the cost.
