I love that it’s 100% organic and filler-free, providing a dense source of vegan protein and vitamins without any gritty texture. It mixes surprisingly well into smoothies, and I’ve noticed a genuine improvement in my overall stamina since I started using it.

Just 2 small scoops in water gives vitamins, minerals, and I am not hungry after drinking it. Tastes good too.

I blend mine with 4oz Tart Cherry juice and water. Yes...it smells bad...but it so good, and good for me too! I will be updating to a subscription order. It being a powerful antioxidant, good for your heart is all it took for me to add this to my routine.
