We bought this for my daughter and son-in-law. They live in their camper while she is a traveling nurse. They use it often and love it! They are good-sized people and both sit in it comfortably. Great quality and very sturdy!

Actually bought this as a thank you gift for the great care my cousin provided me while in the Ontario Lake area. It is perfect for them as they are on a lake and work hard on their property. Now they can enjoy the view form outside all year round since this chair is so comfy and heated.

Love the chair so far! Was hoping that the look of it was more than just a print on the chair material. Was hoping for the sturdiness’s that I got but also the softness feel/cover of the flannel. Still happy with the purchase.

I ordered two as gifts. Both recipients are happy and will test them during camping season.

It's sturdy and pretty comfortable but for $350 it should heat your entire bottom and back. It maybe gets one cheek on its highest setting. Will be returning it tomorrow.

Bought this chair with decent hopes. The batteries are awesome the heated function works great and it’s nice it’s just basically a power bank for the batteries nothing special incase of needing replaced. I am a very large man and me and my wife fit great on it while feeling stable and not having to worry about it creaking or buckling under weight. It is also very easy to put away in the bag and a must have in Canada as our summer nights still get chilly. I have family members that also have this chair and they all love them we swear by this brand now for any outdoors supplies.

As everyone knows, Kuma has a limited lifetime warranty. Contacted the seller about a defect in my original Kuma chair after about a year of use. Sent in pictures and within a week I was sent a new chair without question. That’s what customer service is supposed to be. 100% recommend.

Bought this on the off season for camping. The batteries were fully charged so I inserted them. Heating pads were off. Get to camping several weeks later and both batteries are dead. I inserted a 20,000mah phone charger at 100% and the seat warmer was able to turn on. Sitting by the fire warmed us up so the warmer was turned off. ½ hour later someone else wants to try it and the seat won't turn on. Battery looks dead. The next day, went to charge, battery reads 100%. The 2 that came with were 0%.It SEEMS there's a short when the unit is turned off that drains the batteries. The phone charger battery likely has some overload protection that saved it. The batteries that came with it were depleted.Not sure if this is bad design or defective, but definitely a pain in the butt to have to disconnect the battery when not in use. Luckily it's easily accessible. Return window closed last week. 🫤

Very nice to sit out at night and be warm in cold weather
