I'm guessing these wouldn't hold up well outside all summer, even where it's dry, often cloudy, never broiling hot?

I used these to decorate above my kitchen cupboards. I’m not sure how they would hold up outside. They might fade a bit but they’re pretty cheap so you could always replace them. I used two strands twisted together to get a fuller look. I wrapped them around and only lost two leaves with all the pulling, pretty tough for a cheap decoration.

Are they 12 7ft strands or 12 84ft strands?

They are 6-7 ft sections they come nicely bundled

How do you attach these to give them the strength to hold lanterns like the first picture? A twist tie isn’t going to cut it for these.

My guess is they twisted the vines around the rope or whatever they used to hang the lanterns from.

Expected better quality

This is my second purchase. First one lasted in summer heat for about 1.5 years, outdoor. So ordered the same. But disappointed with quality. Its a bit stiff and could easily break.
