Collapse the petticoat so that the rings fall on top of each other. Bunch up the rings then grab the rings... better to visualize doing it to the biggest ring first. Twist the rings into an 8 shape. Fold the the 8 into half so that it becomes a 0 shape. Squeeze the 0 into the package.

It's possible. I just don't know how. I mean they appear to be adjustable I just never read the instructions on adjusting the hoop bands and I haven't been successful folding it back for easy storage the way it came through the mail.
