Whats the metal circles for? Do i place them between the magnet sheet and the charger or between both?

They stick onto your power bank, then the metal sheet gets stuck on top.

Where can you get more of the adhesive manets that stick to the power packs. i have 2 packs that i alternate between but can only put one on the strap

You can buy the magnetic plates from sellers of car phone holders which use a similar magnetic plate.

Surely this would fit to the original Quest 1 as well, right?

No the quest 1 has different connections
