I have been using Oladole Natural Vitamin D3 50,000 IU for about 12 months now. I take these easy to swallow tablets once a week regularly, which is very convenient. Absolutely fantastic product, I tried three different brands of vitamin D before finding this one. All the other brands were causing stomachache. I ordered Oladole Natural Vitamin D3 50,000 IU for my mother. Happy that I've selected the right product for her. It is 50,000 potency compared to the earlier medicine which was only 10,000 so she had to take daily. This is higher dose, so she can only take once in a week. Vitamin D boosts your bone health system and reduces the risk of hear attacks. Direct exposure to sun is major source of vitamin D, however she is old, normally on bed, and due to Covid not going out from home, so this supplement is good way of boosting her vitamin D. It is light on digestion and works much better when taken along with a proper full meal.

This is a very good product.it has small tablets that are easily swallowed, high potency so it's taken once weekly and a good price compared to other brands

First i was using the same brand but the 10,000 iu taking 2 tablets per day and I noticed amazing improvement in my nails and energy within 2 weeks only, now Im using the 50,000IU 2 times a week,it is small tablets but very effective and value for money, a good product, I take it with coconut oil and make sure to eat sesame seeds for calcium.

Great supplement. Highly recommend. Have been using these D3 supplements for a couple years now. My blood work from the Dr. verifies they work well. I went from being VERY deficient to optimal levels. Now i take 2 pills daily as maintenance. You'd be surprised what a vit D deficiency does to your system. Mental fog, lethary, confusion, depression, disorientation in the most severe cases. Pretty much anyone who doesn't work outside for a living should be supplementing with this. Vit D is also very fat soluble so anyone who's overweight should pretty much take 50k IU weekly

The price is definitely cost effective bec my entire family is recommended to take at least once a week and for me, being deficient, was prescribed to take it twice a week by our family doctor. It is very economical as it has 120 soft gels which is very inexpensive compared to other 50000IU dosage brands.
