Impressive results from such a tiny smoker — a must-have
I was really impressed by how well it worked. It turned my little Akorn Jr. into a legit smoker — helping regulate the heat and deliver that deep, smoky flavor I was hoping for. Flavourful taste
I have only had the time to use this once since buying it. It worked well. I smoked some salmon using maple wood chips. The fish turned out fantastic. The flavour throughout the fish was evident. I plan on smoking some mackerel fillets soon. After that, some ribs.
