I like the cherry flavor adding it to my brewed ice tea. My husband adds it to a glass of water. We both like the memory benefit.

I love Real Ketones! My favorite is the orange cream with MCT. But I love the flavors of the Shift! They're all a tiny bit in the tart side so I add 2x the water to help with that. More water never hurt anyone. For cost versus flavor and results I feel like all of the Real Ketones product are a good value. Shift helps me maintain ketosis while the Elevate helps me get back to ketosis or boosts me if I fall behind. I appreciate the flavor variety pack because sometimes one flavor just "gets old" after a week.

I buy a ton of stuff off Amazon and never review things, but I want to review this to help other people. I am 42yo with initial onset RA and have been working hard at Ketosis for a couple months now (no medications, just focusing on functional health/wellness). I have learned so much about Keto and fasting. I'm doing really well with it and feel amazing. I am about two months in and decided to add supplemental ketones into my routine and try longer fasts. I went with this exact product and cherry flavor as I heard so much about how disgusting these salts are. I am certainly not having this for the taste, but it kind of reminds me of a cherry Koolaid taste I had as a kid. This is a minor detail, but thought I would share. I use a Ketomojo test meter and actively in a medium level of ketosis consistently. My current routine: 2 cups of black coffee in the morning, then I mix half scoop of these ketones with half scoop of creatine (like 2g) into a cup of plain water. I do this soon after my coffee and then repeat 1-2 hours later (half/half scoops). Everyone is different; however, I feel INCREDIBLE. My energy and mental clarity are off the charts. I have been doing 16hr fasts and eating two meals a day for a couple weeks. Yesterday I somehow made it through my first entire day fasting, only eating dinner at night. I can’t believe I did this and felt overall high energy the entire day. So, if you are like me, trying/learning ketosis for health reasons, perhaps read Dr. Boz’s book and are interested in adding in ketones to help…please know that I am you and had a really great experience with this exact product. Real Ketones works for assistance in ketosis. A blood test showed a med-high level of ketosis. The taste is pretty tart, and I am a huge fan of Cherry.

I started with the orange blast. I was skeptical that this stuff would put me in ketosis but my blood glucose/ketone monitor measures between 1.1 - 1.5 plus I loved the flavor. I purchased the peach with caffeine, lemon, and chocolate. The day the black cherry was released, I ordered. I love all the flavors. So good. This in combination with the keto diet and intermittent fasting, the weight is coming off. I can hardly wait for the new flavor and I just order more peach.

The taste was good. That’s the only plus. We had a sudden burst of energy at 11 for a cpl hours then both my husband and I would crash hard in the afternoon at 2 and need a nap. We quit taking it and feel better. Not sure why we were experiencing this.

..despite eating carbs the rest of the day. I start my morning with one packet in my shaker and fast til lunch even when I am on carb days, I still have a decreased appetite. And when I was on keto while taking these, I experienced even more ketosis, almost zero appetite, and no cravings. There’s def great results or I wouldn’t be paying the hefty price on these lol I have it on subscription.

Husband loves this as a pre workout (15 min prior).

Typically love this product, bought several times great flavour and devolved nicely. However last order half the packs were rock hard and clumped together inside almost like they had gotten wet??? Packaging seemed ok though. Disappointing for the the price but hopefully this doesn't become a regular thing

Item came sticky with powder residue all over the inside and 2 sticks were rock hard. The initial Amazon listing says it can be returned but it in fact can NOT be returned. Very unhappy with this expensive purchase!
