on these cdi boxes with spark plug wire on it which one connects to kill switch? my wire doesn match color wise to one on new box.

Really dont need the kill switch it gives issues down the line if its stock.. But there is only 2 wires 1 does match the other does not. Its a safe bet the one that matches goes together and the only other wire does aswell. Easy

Does this work for all bikes?

Your question is to vague. Like it says in the product description/info it works for all bicycle 2 storke motors however its not a upgrade its a replacement so you should already know if its right for you.

Why does some Magnetos have 3 wires? Any of them actually put out 12v? For a light, or the chain drive phone charger?

The white wire is for light's. Blue power. Black ground

Besides the "noticeable", "better", "high class", etc. claims, does any one have any actual proof this makes a "high performance" product?

Yes. Anyone that knows anything about just about anything. Fule air spark is how you get more speed. Having a better quality sparkplug (ngk plug) coil cdi mag. Means a steady spark a hotter spark = more speed. The thicker wire/coil = better could go on but think the point is covered. But ngk kit is better than this one this kit is better than stock

買って本当に良かったです。商品がアメリカから送られてくるようなので、遅いですが届きました。欠点としては、マグネトーは板が一枚一枚重なっている構造なのですが、振動によって外す時にバラけてしまいます。なので、半田を流し込んで接着してあげると良いかもしれません。
