My dentist recommended I use interdental brushes to improve cleaning between my teeth and also instead of toothpicks as I frequently get food caught between my teeth and these are much better for the gums than hard picks. Since using them, routine clean-ups at the dentist go a lot quicker and easier as I can keep my teeth in much better health.
