ColorbarJust Smoky Kajal Just Brown, 1.2g Eyeliner Pencil

now I understood why this product costs less than its lakme eyeconic counterpart. It is practically impossible to sharpen it without losing contents in big chunks. So there goes my money down the drain. Cant express how much I am regretting purchasing this. The color is also is not brown, has a subtle shimmer to it, but no use. It looks black on application. I transferred the contents of the product to a tiny blush box I had. I cut off the ends of pencil...and squished out the contents using a hex key. Now I can apply it using my little finger. That's a lot of work and time wasted and also money.

Its the worse buy ever. I had great respect for Color Bar but what they sent me online is pathetic... the point was broken on opening the cap and everytime I trim it , more points break and fall off, even on application this pencil is pathetic, it crumbles all over... why does the company do this? sent a faulty or poor quality product across... its so distressing... was so looking forward to wearing this colour and all the claims promised....

It's very good pigment. Glides very well. It does have slight mettalic shimmer. May look best on fairer skinned. It looks good on my darker skin but the colour doesnt pop loud-- which I'm fine with for everyday wear. The smudger is a bad joke. It's very very hard. Doesn't do it's job. You can give your eyelid skin a rough burn easily with this.

While I didn't find the kajal quality or pigmentation to be anything special, I found it especially tough to sharpen (too creamy and the covering chips off untidily) and the resulting wastage of the product is heartbreaking, to say the least. Which is unfortunate, since I'd heard and read glowing reviews and really wanted to like this.Skip - check other available options before buying.

It lasts long and the color is very nice n subtle. But the pencil keeps on breaking when cut with a sharpener and it has to be sharpened again after each time usage. so the pencil would last really less than any other kajal.
