Hammer StahlForged Steel 7 Inch Vegetable Cleaver

I love the weight of this knife. It is comfortable to use and beautiful to look at. I also like how it is wide and I can scoop up whatever I cut easily.

This is my first Hammer Stahl knife and I love it! It's a beautiful, perfectly balanced and extremely sharp knife! Granted, I haven't had it a long enough to give a review based on long term usage but I plan to replace the rest of my knives with this Hammer Stahl line of knives.

Great knife, nice weight..very very sharp. I ended in emergency room it cut my knee open. It was my fault.
