I purchased two of these and think I got a "one off" defect because the other one was great.
I purchased 2 of these and the one is great. The other one had something come loose inside and is rattling around. It will not hold the charging cord so I assume something on the back of the slot fell off inside. No way to access the inside that I can see...... sad, because otherwise its a good docking station.

A great way to charge your Boom 3
I have two Boom 3s and was always trying to find the cables to charge them when needed. Now I just set them in their cradles and they're charged when I want to use them. I haven't timed the full charge but it looks like a couple of hours(?) Also, the charging cradle has a light that blinks while they are charging, and stays solid when they're ready...(just like the one under the flap where the cable would plug in if you were using it). Really worth the price.
