Nice product but plates are not detachable.... so difficult to clean the plates.

This product would have been amazing had it been manufactured properly . I received a scratched product with scratched plates and sharp handles . I am amazed at how this is being sold as new and how the vendor/supplier/importer/seller expects us to accept such a badly manufactured probably a quality check rejected product . It is not a secret that GCC business men buy factory reject products and sell them to us double global retail prices of quality A products . Would they buy them for themselves to use at home ? I don't know how such junk products were allowed to be imported for the local UAE Market . I didn't listen to the reviews , ordered one , then returned it. If you are lucky enough to receive one in pristine condition then you will probably be happy with it but I doubt that you will .

Bought for my home & is as it was described

It cooks the chicken so well under 5 mins if a pane cut) maybe 7 on max heat if thicker. Good in t Sandwich making. Can be used partially closed and heating up cooked chicken (haven’t tried this but did put in some bread and it worked well) overall loving it and totally recommend it as a grill.

This contact grill is efficient, convenient, and delivers excellent results. Great value for the price, and I highly recommend it.

Yes , just started to use it today , it’s good one , only materials is a bit weak , but it’s workable , packing for sure is great like usual from Kenwood , all over it’s good enough ,,,,
