The range hood works great and the fan is powerful! The installation service is also excellent. The filter is very easy to take off and can be easily cleaned with dish washer. It also has the sensor so you can control the fan by waving your hand(without touching the panel). Overall, it is looking great and I am very satisfied with the product and customer service.

Looks nice but too loud!

There were two factors prompting the initiation of this purchase; the noise level, but also the presentation. I wanted something different than the traditional styles. This was definitely it. The noise level is not anything shockingly different so I am disappointed with that however, again it’s a range hood that everyone continuously compliments me on.. functionality it clears the air out insanely fast

We were interested in this range hood from online reviews. Replaced our over-the-range microwave came with our new built home. The suction is as powerful as advertised. The unit is easy to use with touch buttons and motion sensor. And I have to give some credits to the installation agent who spent 2+ hours to make sure the unit was properly installed. One thing I wish I knew before buying is that the screen when opened will touch the handlers of the cabinet above it(see last photo), so we have to remove them. But if you don't have a stick out cabinet like ours you should be fine.

This is exactly what I want!!! I’ve looking for a range hood with strong suction power and easy to clean. Robam meets all of mine needs and it’s noise level is acceptable. What I like most is: CONVENIENT HANDS-OFF OPERATION: With its infrared technology, you can operate this range hood without ever touching the kitchen fan; just wave to turn on and off the fan, completely hands-free.

Overall this is a great hood. The first impression of this product is that the product is very powerful with its suction ability. I tested it when I was cooking my Chinese recipe which tends to generate a lot of smoke. This product did powerfully exhaust all the smoke away. Moreover, the design looks pretty Elegant!

Never thought I would write an amazon review but this one is so frustrating that I just can't help it. The problem: The "hitching leg" that you hang the hood simple does not work. One of the requirements is that, at least one of the screws which attach the leg to the wall needs to be on a stud. I have received the hitching leg as shown in the picture. It is only 9 inches long with 4 screw holes. There is no way unless extremely lucky, that one would find one hole lining up with a stud (since your hood's position is fixed between the cabins so is the leg piece). I did some research and found a couple of youtube videos that feature a completely different looking hitching leg. This version is about 16" long (visually, I don't have the piece of course) with 27 holes spreading across. This definitely will work because of the length and the number of holes that you should at least find one hole to line up with the stud. I don't want to use their content but you can find them easily on youtube. The support: I have been talking to the seller days about this. Sunday to Friday. There is no solution. First they asked for more information without telling me what more information they need, when I already stated the problem clearly. Then they said they talked to Robam field team and they would contact me but I got none from the field team. They then asked my phone number and said Robam would call me but no one called. Now everyone is taking off for the holiday break and I only got automatic reply, while the whole thing should have been resolved long before the holidays. I suspect the problem is, the non-working hitching leg is for a different geo market where the wall is build with bricks. This whole fiasco shows very poor QA and unwillingness to correct problems of the company (poor customer support). And I don't see the seller has put enough effort to help (poor customer support). Imaging how much effort I put in this, trying to figure out the problem, read erroneous manual and did all the video searching for that piece, identified the problem for them. And still got all these bureaucratic or no responses. Thanks for reading and be aware.
