I used to always do fractional laser and HIFU treatments every 3 to 4 months and with this at home RF device I can definitely maintain and even help my skin improve even more. I’ve never had success with this. I bought one for myself and one for a friend. I just can’t feel the heat in the highest setting Does this mean it’s not working? Feels like a bit of a flop purchase hopefully the manufacturer will answer

no gel in the first order, sent back, and no gel with the second order either. I was looking forward to using this machine, but it doesn't work... does not heat nothing level 1 and 2, and on level 3 , that meant to be a superheat, instead heats slightly that you hardly can feel the heat on the skin. Maybe defective or dangerous device , why otherwise Mlay - the producer would close his business? There is no website anymore of the manufacturer. They gone.
