If you connect to the LED light , they will be instant on . Delay turning should need a controller to make it . Do your under-the-counter led light have a controller for it ?

how many 12v LED Strip lights can you connect to one power supply?

It is hard to know . Because you have to know the watt for the LED strip first . This power supply is DC12V10A 120W . If you led strip is DC12V 50W,well you can power two LED strips . If you led strip is 100W , you only can power one LED strip . The watt of LED strip is important .
