I bought this multiple purposes. I use it to add to my health and adding to food etc. I’m intrigued by the MGO component and the healthful benefits it’s supposed to enhance, namely my immune system. I like the taste of it. It’s flavorful, thick and creamy. It’s too soon to know if I’m benefiting from it.
