Worth buying...

An excellent soap for anyone involved in contact sports. It keeps your natural skin flora healthy while cleansing it of the infectious fungi that permeate our communal training materials. **This is NOT a medicated cure for parasitic infections!** Don't be a dummy, go see a doctor and get medicine if you already have an infection! Some of these people seem to think "defense" is a synonym for "antitode", which it isn't. As the name implies this boosts and protects your *already healthy* dermal defense systems. It can't reverse an infection, if it could they wouldn't prescribe ketoderm. If you find the price really high, buy it anyway and only use it after training so it goes further. Ringworm doesnt care about your budget, and costs a lot more to treat once you contract it. It has a pretty distinctive eucalyptus/peppermint fragrance that i find quite pleasant but others have described as markedly "medicated"-smelling. This description is not wrong. If you want the same level of protection with more variety in fragrance, check out armbar soap. TLDR: Either way, if you grapple you need antifungal soap. Period. Buy this or something like it, use it and dont be the guy with rotting skin that had to miss training. If you have an infection, go see your physician. (And wash your friggin belt you superstitious hippie!)

Doesn’t help with itching or body oil but otherwise works well as a general soap

I would say one bar lasted me about a month and half, and it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry or tight. Suds up good and smells nice. I'll rebuy when I run out.
