I don't usually write a review but being a woman at 51 suffering from terrible hot flashes i feel its extremely important to share my experience on these vitamins. After starting these vitamins my hot flashes and night sweats COMPLETELY STOPPED! I can't believe how this simple otc vitamin worked. History: I had surgery for a parotid gland tumor back in December 2015. That surgery had to be done but it threw me into perimenopause(I still get my periods but they are all over the place). My periods were TOTALLY on time every month before that surgery. Doctor says surgery does weird stuff to your body and hormones in general. I have been looking for something to help my mood swings and extreme fatigue. My mood swings were HORRIBLE. My husband couldn't stand it because I would cry over everything, especially the week before my period starts! I am 47 years old. I have tried so many things and nothing seemed to be working. I was getting extremely frustrated and was looking for anything to help me. I talked to my OBGYN and he said we could put you on hormones but I did not want to mess my body up anymore. I read all the reviews on this product, and figured, well. Why not try it? Not too expensive and if it doesn't work I haven't wasted a lot of money. Let me tell you, I FEEL LIKE A NEW PERSON!!! My mood swings are TONS better, and my fatigue is still there at times but not nearly as bad as it was. My husband has really noticed that I have been in a much better mood and just have more energy. The other plus is that as I am getting older constipation is a bit of an issue. Since I started these vitamins, I have been very regular(doctor says it is because of all the B vitamins and niacin in it). I HIGHLY recommend this product! I also have noticed my PMS symptoms have been better also(less breast tenderness and less cramping). Can't go wrong with this product! Thanks Amazon for offering it. I checked at my local Kroger and they don't sell it. Still trying to find it local, but if I can't I have prime so I will just order it here.
