I love this little thing! I’ve had it for just a few days now and have used it every evening! I’ve had neck tightness for years and this really gets in all the spots, plus you can lay on it to target knots in your back or traps as well. Great little ball. If you’re thinking about it, just buy it. It’s worth the cost!

I’m a dental hygienist and have so many neck and back aches and pains. I consistently have this pain that stems from the base of my neck and up over my head into my eye. I’ve learned that this is from my occipital nerve so I came across this product as a solution. This morning I woke up with such a debilitating headache that it was making me feel nauseous. I used this tool for about six or seven minutes and it was like MAGIC. My headache was instantly gone. No meds needed. Insane and what an inexpensive fix.

The Helo is a remarkably simple, yet extremely effective soft tissue management tool. It is easy to dismiss by looking at it, but I don't have another mobility tool in my toolbox that is as versatile. I have not seen anything quite like it. When I first got it, I started using it without reading the instructions. I figured it was sort of like a lacrosse ball on steroids. It worked well for soft tissue massage and getting into sore muscles, but after I watched the instructional video, I realized the true power of this tool. That video is a must watch. As I spend more time with it, I am learning more and more uses for this special tool. It is very light, but seems extremely durable and definitely will stand up to abuse. I had the opportunity to purchase this product at the pre-launch phase. I have had these opportunities before, but never took them. In this case, I trusted the source as I already have a Rollga foam roller, which immediately became my favorite foam roller.

I bought this because I read some good reviews. Seems to be a great idea but quality is cheap.Tts styrofoam and no instructions it’s notfunctional.

Product works great but it is not hypoallergenic. If you have sensitive skin I wouldn't use it. I got rashes from using it for 2 minutes.
