Not the same!!!
The package states “Aloe” but it is not. It is Aloe Mist which is a whole different smell and has different ingredients. Based on the wrong description, I bought 2 boxes and now I can’t return them. These bars are not what was promised - epic fail!!

Now stinkier
This isn’t the item pictured in the product shot. It’s reformulated to have seemingly twice as much scent. And “Aloe” has changed to “Aloe Mist.”The new package says “12hr fresh deodorant soap”. I would prefer not to smell like this for 12 hours.

Sorry, but the recently revised "Aloe Mist" formula soap literally stinks. The fragrance is overwhelming, and it gives my wife an asthmatic allergy attack, as opposed to the original Aloe version we've used for years that didn't. (Even I can smell the soap fragrance from the next room. It's overwhelming and awful.) We had hoped to purchase a stockpile of the original "Aloe" soap to use while searching for a less-smelly replacement, however they sent us 20 bars of the newer extra-stinky "Aloe Mist" version even though the photo shows the original version. There are no returns allowed for soap or other heath items. Caveat Emptor.

This does not smell like the Aloe I use to buy at the stores.
This is not the same Irish Spring Aloe I use to buy in the stores. I only ordered it from Amazon, because I was unable to find it anymore in our local stores. They have the new Aloe Mist in the stores, but I am not a fan of the smell. This that I got through Amazon does not smell good even though it's labeled Aloe, it is not. It also is very bumpy as it gets used. Not a smooth soap like the Aloe use to be. Not sure if this is mispackaged or what, but it is not the Aloe that I use to buy. I would not recommend this.

They have ruined Irish Spring Aloe! 👎👎👎
BUYER BEWARE!!!! This is NOT the Irish Spring Aloe you love and have gotten used to for decades. Instead they have replaced the wonderful mild aloe scent with a new overpowering stink called "Aloe Mist" that smells like rotting plants in a greenhouse.Avoid this if you are looking for Irish Spring Aloe, because it says that it what it is, but they will send you the new "Aloe Mist" one. ("Best of all:" it's not even a returnable item according to Amazon's goofy policy.)We can only hope that this terrible new formula is as "successful" as New Coke was, so we get the classic Irish Spring Aloe formula back soon!
