Roomy, holds 3 2-compartment glass meal prep containers plus has a separate compartment in the top for extras like utensils or small items. Has a separate insulated section with removable insert to hold and separate drinks. Sturdy padded removable carry strap and very well made. Can’t wait to use it tomorrow for work. I will be buying one for my husband as well. Works great for on the go timed dieting and does not leak between sections.

Es bastante grande y que tenga varios compartimientos permite que las cosas se acomoden bien, puedes poner dos botellas de agua, abajo dos toper (yo llevo desayuno y comida) y arriba cubiertos y dos topers de fruta y galletas, tiene correa para colgar al hombro y las mallas que rodean la bolsa son útiles para poner servilletas u otras cosas y el interior es realmente térmico
