Does this clear dark spots and blemishes?

It's only for acne. Paula's sells a dark spot dimenisher, but I have never tried it. This has been a fantastic product on my "change of life" skin. Still recommend highly for hormonal acne.

Paula's choice or proactiv? has anyone tried either products? which is your preference?

Paul's choice did nothing for me. Never tried proactive

It was a cleanser, toner, and a moisturizer. The kit didn’t work for me.

Does the daily skin clearing treatment clear up acne spots?

Yes! I had pretty bad acne that didn’t respond to various other treatments. PC daily use finally got it to stop and heal. I’m sure there are other supplemental methods to help heal the scarring if that’s an issue. But in my experience this line of products actually stopped the breakouts. I’m now healing nicely. Still using the products but not daily.
