How good is the stability of these when hand-held?  I've not used anything over 10x handheld and it seems like it could be pretty shakey...

It's not that good, over time I developed some skills to hold it steady, but it's hard.

I want to focus on small items 25' away. Things I used to be able to see with my eyes.   Can these focus at 25' away?
