Has anyone used these oils with a diffuser?

Yes. They're ok scents, but are diluted with carrier oils and mixed, so they may not be as strong as something unmixed like pure Eucalyptus oil.

What is a good carrier oil?

Jojoba oil is usually a great one suitable for all skin types. Coconut oil is okay but you don’t want to use it on your face because the molecule is too large for the pores and will clog them. The smell is also a little more intense than jojoba oil and might alter the scent of the essential oils.

can these oils be used in a nebulizing diffuser

I would say yes to that question...a neublizer is probably the best diffuser you can get but it uses the oil much more rapidly than normal diffusers...I wouldn't use it for more than 15 minutes at a time..it draws the oil up and out, spraying it into the air
