Detox and Digest has been amazing. Took a few days, but my bloating and heartburn (yes heartburn!) all but disappeared. The taste is not great, and even my wife who enjoys "greens" types of juices was not a fan. Reccomend chugging it like you would an adult beverage and then chasing it with another drink, or even a chip or cracker.

It's a very fine powder, just like Japanese Green Tea. So it's something I recommend doing for it's much more palatable and it will taste great. Heat a full coffee cup of water. Add one scoop. Blend well with a fork or whisk. Add a little sweetener. Is such a sugar or honey to make it even better. It will taste like a green makatie.That's very rich and flavorful. And it also seems to help activate it better cuz. If I have an upset stomach, did I drink one cup within 2 or 3 hours. I feel amazing. I do that night and it actually relaxes me and the next day.I feel amazing. Especially since I have health issues and this seems to make me feel so much better. You can also add matcha, japanese green tea to it to make it more tea like and up the antioxidants more.

I was caught off guard at the taste. When they say no sugar they mean just that! Taste just like grass and roots lol. I usually use bloom which works wonders and is delish just expensive after awhile. I wanted to try something new cheaper and just as effective. I’ve only taken it once so far bc I just received it and it’s Ramadan so I am not following up with as much water as I’d like to. But I’ll be back with a follow up review.
