I bought this book as a resource for my poetry unit. It has a good variety of old and modern poems with various themes.

Ordered used, looks brand new!
This is an anthology I needed for a 7th grade class I am teaching. I did not want to spend a lot of money because I may not be teaching 7th grade next semester. (I'm an online teacher!) I am always a little leery about ordering used books, but this one literally looked new. I am very happy with this purchase and will be keeping it regardless of what classes I will be teaching in the future.

Excellent for preteen girls who are budding writers
11 year old loves it. Immediately wrote a beautiful poem. Admires Maria Tallchief and loved receiving a gift by her daughter.
