I received this item today and when I checked, i found ink for all pens are dried and its not even working.While trying to return this item application is showing this item is not eligible for return.Pathetic experience from Amazon. I never expected this from amazon,Amazon used to be my first preference for shopping but after this experience I would have to find another better options for shopping
