Great quality and value protein powder. I've tried loads of powders before and this one is right up there in nutrition composition and flavour. The cookies and cream flavour is like a milkshake, and not too sweet (sugar content is low at 6g per 100g). Mixes pretty well - I used about 200ml milk with 35g powder and it was very drinkable. 78g protein per 100g is ideal and the leucine and BCAA content is excellent and what you'd expect from more expensive whey isolates. 2.7g leucine per 30g means you're getting a good MPS (muscle protein synthesis response) with a single scoop.

It's high quality whey at a low price. The flavoring is mild and not too sweet, which is great if that's your preference. It also mixes perfectly well if you mix it the standard way in a shaker bottle. I think the other reviewers who say it doesn't mix well may be trying to stir it in a cup, which just doesn't work with whey powder regardless of which brand you buy (unless it's full of fillers, which this one thankfully isn't) Overall you can't go wrong with this. I picked this up because there was a delay with my usual delivery, (optimum nutrition gold or my protein impact whey) since this was available next day and inexpensive to bridge a gap. I don’t normally like cookies n cream flavours but this is quite nice. A little sweet and tastes more like some kind of caramel flavour to me. I always mix with water, and around 250ml per scoop. It has a thicker texture than my regular options and I’m not sure I’d like that all the time but it’s nice for a change here and there. It has a good amount of whey protein per serving with added BCAA’s which is good for the price point so I’ll probably get it again for when I’m after a thicker shake.

Great flavour, tried cookies and chocolate/peanut. That’s my go-to brand for now as it’s 100% milk whey (as I understood) and the flavours I tried are very good. However, it’s not the best in terms of mixing, it gets clumpy every time. If you use an electric mixer, that doesn’t happen. The price is the best. Tried other budget friendly brands and this was the best. Edit: tried the vanilla flavour now and it’s good. Still doesn’t mix well in a shaker, but all good with a blender.

Can’t fault this. Tastes good with milk or water. Mixes well and has a great taste.

I'm one of those weird people who likes to mix their protein powder with greek yogurt, and this mixes perfectly. No lumps/bits left at all after just a couple of minutes of mixing together with nothing other than a spoon. For those who haven't tried it this way before, do it! Great dessert or post workout food. 200g greek yogurt with 25-30g of this, mix it for a couple of minutes and you've got an amazing tasty protein boost. Flavour I went for was the Cookies and Cream, very nice flavour, so no complaints on that front either.

Didn't expect a lot flavour wise from such a cheap product. I expected the usual eggy whey taste masked by some artificial flavour. I was really surprised how good it tastes. If you blend it you would think its an oreo milkshake. Blended the texture is smooth and isn't grainy at all. Shaking you do get a couplecof small lumpy bits but it's not unpleasant still. I was also surprised by the protein content per serving. 23g per 30g serving. Most other powders I have used are usually at least a 45g serving for a similar protein content. 33 servings per kg bag for £9, £18 per month for 2 shakes per day. Great value.

Estaba buscando unas proteínas que tuvieran buen precio y buena cantidad de gramos por scoop, y al final me decidí por estas.Probé varios sabores: chocolate, vainilla, fresa, galletas y plátano. Para mí, los mejores fueron chocolate, que no es empalagoso, y fresa, que tiene muy buen sabor. Todas se disuelven muy bien. Las probé con un poco de leche sin lactosa y también con agua, y ni siquiera necesité shaker, con una botella normal se mezclan sin problemas y sin grumos. Por el precio que tienen, las recomiendo.

This is my first time buying protein powder and I can say that this one from PBN (UK) offers a very good price-performance ratio. As my first time, I bought 1 kg to try it. When I opened the bag, I thought that the measuring cup was missing, but found later in the bag ) As for the taste, I took the cookies and cream and for me it tastes the best with milk. I tried it with water and I wasn't impressed, well, maybe it's an usual thing with protein powders. It dissolves quickly. One tip from me: first fill your bottle with either water or milk and then add the powder, because I tried 2 times the other way and some powder was like glued at the bottom so I had to use a spoon to dissolve it all. After I tried pouring the milk first and then the powder, I didn't have such problem. It is suitable for vegans too. The only problem I encountered was closing the bag. It has some mechanism to close it, kinda like a zipper but you have to press it and it didn't work for me, don't know wether it is supposed to be like that, but this would be a problem to consider, especially if you won't drink it often, so that the powder wont oxidate and lose it's properties. Next time, I'll buy the powder in container. So, in conclusion, the powder is very good, just pay attention to the things I mentioned.
