Very good flavor- I use it in coffee like the bulletproof coffee
Other people said this didn't work in coffee, but they were wrong if you do it like the bulletproof coffee. I use a milk frother to whisk the oil in (2 tsp), and it dissolves nicely for a time. It'll eventually precipitate out, but just stirring it in with a spoon afterwards will integrate it again. It does leave a little oil on the inside of the glass afterwards, but who cares. Pro's: + Nice hazelnut flavor, works great when whisked in coffee, and no artificial flavors/ high fructose corn syrup like the alternatives + Just roasted hazelnut oil- you get all the flavor of roasted hazelnut, but none of the artificial junk Cons: - If you're expecting the super fake/ sweet artificial hazelnut flavor/ sweetness, this obviously is not that. - You have to whisk it into coffee, but that takes 5s with a nice milk frother (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01BKA11B0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1). Overall, I love it! For the price, health benefits, and flavor, it's impossible to beat.
