how would this be for flavoring lemonade or soda?

I think it would be fine. Just don’t over do it. I would try 1/4 tsp, taste, then add more if needed.

If I add this liquid to white cake mix will it taste like blueberry?

I add it to blueberry muffin mix with a cup of frozen blueberries and it works great. Really enhances the blueberry flavor. I use a small eye dropper to add about 4 drops in a batch. I have used this for years and it is a great product.

Is this clear or does it contain food coloring?

It does have color. My husband liked it better than a different brand I bought.

Strong bitter taste

I got this to add coconut flavour to natural yoghurt and it definitely didn’t work. Maybe this only works if you bake it in a cake but Indefinitely do not recommend eating it “raw”. There was a coconut flavour but it was completely overpowered by this bitter, chemically taste, even after i mixed it up in the yoghurt
