Delicious with some bonus fiber and a great full feeling that keeps me from eating between meals!
These have been my favorite vitamins for a few years now. I have tried for most of my adult life to really stick to taking regular vitamins but it always feel like a chore that I'm more than happy to "forget" about. Since getting these, I've been very diligent and I rarely skip days. Occasionally I do get off track, but it simply comes down to visibility, as soon as I see the bottle again I get right back to taking them! They taste delicious! They're sweet and fruity without a strange aftertaste that I've experienced with some other gummy vitamins. I love the fact that I can also easily add some fiber to my diet without having to eat something that I'd rather avoid. I do understand that some people have stomach issues with these and I definitely recommend following the instructions: Start Slowly! When I first got these initially I started at just two a day for the first several days, then I went to four, and finally to six. Additionally, I do not ever eat all 6 at once, at the most I eat just 4. I take them 3 times a day in between meals which helps me feel a bit fuller and keeps me from getting hungry as quickly or overeating at my next meal. If I realize I forgot to take some, I take just 4 at once and then either another 2 later, or I just stop at 4 for the day rather than feeling uncomfortable. Using this method I've kept from feeling bloated or having gas problems that I've seen many others complain about. I actually forgot about them again for a couple of weeks around vacation not too long ago and instead of just jumping right back into my normal schedule, I increased slowly starting with just two per day and I had no problems. If you have issues with these, maybe try starting slower and seeing how it goes! Overall I just love these, they're a bit pricey but I get my vitamins, some extra fiber, and I feel full more often. I love the taste and they make me want to make sure that I take my vitamins every day, and that is huge for me! I definitely recommend these.

A Critic Turned Lifetime Customer
I have been looking for a supplement with fish oil, and a supplement with added fiber, and a great multivitamin . . . I never knew I could find them all in one, superior package! I'm not a gummy vitamins kind of person in general (either they taste awful or a little TOO good aka lots of added sugar), but I was willing to make an exception for these after reading through the reviews and doing more research outside of Amazon. For detailed information on what's inside these gummies as well as what's not, their website gives succinct, yet thorough information on all of their products. I may be a customer for life just because of their incredible customer service. I got a coupon for 40% off this product, but it was only usable through the website. Ordering through the website was down when I went to order, so I sent an email to customer care for help. Not only did they send a super friendly email within 24 hours, but when they found out I couldn't use my coupon because of technical problems, they offered me a free bottle (free shipping as well) that arrived 2 days later. I was shocked! From a strictly consumer perspective, SmartyPants is a smart choice. Although I was concerned about low percentages of certain vitamins (and no calcium or iron) at first, looking further into their research, I now agree with them 100% on what vitamins they included in their product and how much. You may still want a separate supplement depending on your iron and/or calcium needs (I'm female, so these minerals are of concern to me) and I'm excited to see their prenatal vitamins to see what they offer, which they are currently developing. These really do taste great. My first time eating them, I honestly didn't like them. But my second time, they were amazing. Don't be disappointed if you don't love your first dose. They grow on you . . . fast. Why would I buy these products again or recommend them to a friend? A brief summary: -Incredible customer service -Fish oil, multivitamin, and fiber all-in-one -High quality: non-GMO, no added sugar, etc. -Tastes great -Benefits charity I doubt you'll find as high quality of vitamin (especially gummy vitamins) for this price.

If they weren't all stuck together they'd be my perfect vitamin
UPDATE: The last three bottles I received have NOT been stuck together, so it seems they figured something out. Yay! ORIGINAL REVIEW (was 3 stars) The good: I love the ingredients and the taste. These don't upset my stomach or give me any skin problems. I don't have to swallow some big, nasty-smelling pill. The bad: The last three bottles I've received have been very stuck together. I began keeping a chopstick next to my bed to separate the clump so I could extract some gummies from the bottle. I hoard silica gel packets, so I threw 2 or 3 of those in the bottle, which seemed to help. However, I'm afraid this problem is getting worse instead of better. The current open bottle I have is so stuck together that a) one silica gel packet got stuck in the bottle and I was afraid I'd rip it trying to get it out or get any gummies out; b) I switched to a sturdier chopstick because I was afraid the one I was using was going to break; and c) I have to wash my hands after handling the gummies because they make my fingers sticky. I just today received a new bottle that I haven't yet opened (not done with current bottle), but if I find the new one is also all stuck together, I expect I'll cancel my subscription and try some other brands that don't require a chopstick to get out of the bottle. I feel sad about that because I really love everything else about this vitamin.

Good BUT...
I was really excited to find a gummy vitamin with no added sugar. That it had fiber was a huge plus. I ordered them and was not disappointed. They taste great! I've been getting them for 8 months now. Here's the "BUT"... (or "BUTs") 1) My nutritionist did not like the fact that they don't have any B-2 2) The price has JUMPED way too high. I got my first bottle for $25 (with Subscribe & Save discount.) It is now $10 more per bottle! We were getting 2 bottles a month, so a $20 jump was more than I was okay paying. 3) There seems to be a quality control issue lately. My last few bottles have had gummies of varying densities: some seem almost mushy rather than gummy. I've gone from this being my daily vitamin to just carrying some in my purse as a backup if I forget to take my multi in the morning or need a boost in the afternoon.

Can you really put a price on poops this good?
I never write product reviews unless I need to warn people how crappy something was or I’m evangelizing about how it changed my life. In this case, it’s number 2, and while we’re on the subject, these have changed my life. I wouldn’t say I have a terrible diet. In fact I *try* to eat pretty healthy, but if we’re being honest sometimes I don’t even look at a vegetable for days, and I’m always dehydrated. I also travel a lot for work which is terrible for your body knowing when it’s time to go. I went from being stuck at least half the week to going twice a day LIKE CLOCKWORK. Now I know why they call it “staying regular”. Concept was totally lost on me before now. PRO TIPS: (1) When you first start taking these vitamins your innards will freak out about how much fiber you’re ingesting. Read: gas pain, bloating, extreme discomfort. Unless you’ve been training with a bowl of Raisin Bran and brussel sprouts every day, a healthy dose of fiber will do that to anyone. Start off with the 3 gummies a day as recommended until that stops being uncomfortable, then up it to 6. But here’s the trick: NOT ALL AT ONCE. I take 3 in the morning when I get up, and another 3 before bed at night to spread out the fiber (before teeth brushing, they’re sticky little buggers). No more gas pain. (2) For whatever reason Smarty Pants has not upgraded the infuriatingly narrow mouth on these bottles. The vitamins stick together and you have to fish them out with a fork or whatever implement available, and the cap must not seal tightly because the gummies do get stale after a few weeks. I bought one of these wide mouth glass jars from Ikea with a rubber gasket ‘round the lid and I dump all the gummies in there as soon as I open them. They’re much easier to get out when they’re fresh, and they STAY fresh in the jar with a good seal. I can pluck three out at a time with ease and go back to my happy craps. For travel, I dump a few in a reusable silicon bag. In conclusion: Yes there is an adjustment period of discomfort to incorporate fiber into your diet, but really though, how uncomfortable was being constipated all the time? Yes, the packaging sucks, but that was an easy fix with a one-time $6 investment in a good jar. And YES they are ~$30 a month, but can you really put a price on poops this good?
