Will this fit with a screen protector? Thanks

It doesn't fit the Vita at all, save your money and do not buy.

is this actually aluminum or just plastic and metal colored? i just bought one like this and it was plastic.

It’s not iluminan , it’s just plastic colored . Don’t buy it . I got a better and lost the money

Will this fit with a glass screen on the back?

I’ve never heard of a glass screen being put on the back? But I was able to use mine with a carbon fiber covering around the whole system.
