Extremely Happy!
I am diving in to all things sourdough and this kit is very well made and just what I was looking for. I like to try and find things that are not the cheap versions and more like the old school tools and the quality of this product made me happy!

Good quality
I'm happy with the baskets and all of the accessories. I appreciate the extra instructions from Shori company. I feel like I'm making my bread right with these baskets and liners. I didn't know I needed the mixing wisk... but I do and I'm using it now that I know how it makes my bread better.

Good product but was missing my blades
Product is good but I didn’t get to add designs to my sourdough because the blades were missing in my order. Other than that the product is good
