Sturdy, Versatile and Easy to Assemble
Excellent quality and value. With this squat rack, I am able to lift weights safely in the privacy of my own home. Product was easy to assemble and fit perfectly in my garage gym. It’s extremely versatile, not only do I use it with a barbell and weights, but there are multiple ways to use it with cables and bands as well. I mostly use it for lower body, but I can adjust the height to do pull-ups, squats, hip thrusts etc. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my purchase, as I was tired of crowded gyms and waiting for a rack. I can do many things with this rack without filling up my entire garage with multiple machines. Plus, it looks great!

Lo utilizzo tutti i giorni per fare qualunque tipo di esercizio con pesi e senza. Versatile, solido e robusto anche con carichi elevati, se vi allenate da soli consiglio comunque l'acquisto delle barre spotter sempre vendute da Cap Barbell per questioni di sicurezza (panca e squat). Limitatamente alla funzionalità sui livelli di rack che costano il doppio o il triplo.

Good quality, good price
Very good rack, zero complaints. Easy to put together and has been solid as a rock for me. Would recommend, especially considering the price you can pay for other racks and cages. For 95% of home gyms this will do the trick.

Sturdy, easy to setup and holds the weights nicely
I've used this for about a month now and very satisfied with the quality at this price point. Its sturdy, easy to install and sits nicely in a corner spot in my garage gym. I've used it for pull-ups, squats as well as bench press (bench was purchased separately) and its worked out pretty good holding the weight plates, including my weight for pull-ups. Would definitely recommend for beginners or intermediate.
