Perfect one stop replacement for all of the foam media in your Fluval 406 or 407 filter! The foam pieces fit perfectly and are extremely durable! I purchased these LAST year and they are still in excellent condition! Which is why I decided to go on and write this review! These foam pieces are easy to clean when it's time to maintenance the filter and do a great job helping create a biological filtration in the cannister. They work exactly as expected! Don't know when I'll need another because they are holding up so will but when I do I will definitely but this set again.

These fit Fluval aquarium filters perfectly. My only complaint is that they seem to degrade quickly. Otherwise, they work well and are easy to swap out.

I have to say Fluval sponges are of a good quality. More expensive than generic versions however they are stronger and need to be with 4 goldfish A good filtration is needed and their sponges to the job.
