It's not water proof, not even weather proof, all the electronics are exposed, if water doesn't ruin it humidity will.

Brand new but wouldn't charge
I bought this brand new but it wouldn't charge. Wahl customer service wasn't brilliant - they said they would repair it if i sent it at my own expense to the US. Thankfully Amazon were great and helped me sort it but you don't expect brand new products to just not work. I googled the issue and there are forums and YouTube videos so i'm evidently not alone.
