The bottle leaked generously in it's pac. I received your amazing product from my in-laws for Christmas. Can we rectify this w/o involving the inlaws?

Same fragrance as the 18.21 body wash?

It is but, you do get more notes in the spirits that get hidden in the wash.

I purchased this in 2018. i think the smell may have changed since then. how long does cologne last? does this cologne expire? thanks.

Fragrances will expire with time. If you keep them in a cool dark place (I keep mine in their original boxes in a drawer in my high-chest. I’ve had a 6 ounce bottle of Obsession that smells as good today as it did 8 years ago. Light & heat and especially sunlight will destroy a fragrance.
