there you are drinking water non stop...think 104 degrees day in day out for a week or more (in March/April).This stuff tastes GOOD and it don't take much of a squirt in a small water bottle. The little caffeine boost is good too. Don't really want coffee in that heat, or Red Bull either, too much LIFT.

I probably will end up rebuying this but in multiple quantities. Love the flavor, going to go through mine fast.
