handy product
The product is strong, that is the fact. Blender is amazing, it works much more efficient than my old device. Grinder is good as well. But I am still struggling with the chopper, even I've read the manual I still couldn't come up with the correct size of onions before start copping. if they are in small pieces it will end up as onion water, and if cutting size are a bit bigger it won't chop at all. I wish someone could advise how to do that to get the ideal result.

USELESS PRODUCT AND USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bought in Nov 2025, barely used and its already not working anymore. It has 1 year manufacturer warranty so I thought I would contact the seller. Amazon makes it impossible to contact the vendor. There is no option "contact vendor" or "ask a question". The return window has closed, I get that, but it's still under warranty... Honestly Amazon has dropped the ball on this one

Disappointed with quality โ jar coupler broke early
I purchased this blender in June 2025. Initially, it was working fine and the performance was satisfactory. however, within 6 months the plastic rotating coupler (the small gear/firki under the blender jug and spice jar) has broken. Due to this issue, both the blender jug and spice jar are now unusable, even though the motor is still working. This part seems to be of poor quality and should last longer in normal household use. I want to reutrn it
