I have thick wavy hair and wanted it completely straightened’ this product helped a bit ‘ but didn’t straighten it as I thought it would ‘ I have used 1.5 bottles over a 7 day period and my hair still remains wavy ‘ but not as wavy as it normally is ‘ I thought it would straighten my hair completely? So I am disappointed as it’s not cheap to buy ‘

For some reason, whenever I go to the salon in the US to have my hair straightened, it never turns out as straight as it used to in Brazilian salons. After getting tired of paying $$$ for straightening treatments that weren’t satisfactory, I decided to give this product a try. My hair is very curly. This product made it, although still curly, a LOT easier to blow dry or to straighten with the flat iron. Just like when I go to the salons in the US. The difference is that I pay $30 instead of $200+!!! It does have a little bit of smell, like any straightening hair product, but it doesn’t have the strong fumes that cause burn sensation in the eyes. I did wear a mask, goggles and a fan when applying it, thought. And I recommend everyone to do the same. As soon as I finished the the application, after the flat iron, my hair looked good, but felt weird. Maybe I kept more product on my hair than I should have. But after I washed and hydrated it the following day, it went back to normal. The bottle is quite small and, since I have a LOT of hair, I didn’t have enough for the entire hair, so I picked the most problematic areas to use it. Also, I had already done a Brazilian Blowout before and only applied the product on the roots. However, the roots were very long, because it had been a year since I did the Brazilian Blowout. Bottom line: buy 2 bottles or more if you have a lot of hair or if you have long hair and plan to apply the product throughout.

Me ha dejado el pelo con mucho brillo y menos frizz. Se alisa más fácilmente (lo tengo seco y rizado así que siempre con la plancha...) Lo que más noto es que no se encrespa aún con la humedad de Galicia. He leído en comentarios que huele mal pero todo lo contrario, tiene un aroma agradable que se va con el lavado. Igual han cambiado la formulación. Particularmente, me ha ido muy bien como tratamiento antifrizz. No tiene un precio excesivo y se nota mucho la diferencia en textura y brillo. Eso si, no evita pasar la plancha si tu pelo es rizado pero eso no lo he conseguido ni el la peluquería. Tampoco me ha cambiado el tono así que genial.

It’s been a week since I used the Amazonliss single step Keratin treatment (the one in the red package 😅) and this is my personal and honest review: The 50% rinse step is tricky and can be stressful because there’s a high chance of doing it incorrectly. I really wish the brand would provide clearer instructions about how much product to leave on the hair before flat ironing. This is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars — I had to figure out a lot by myself. That said, the smell is fine (nutty but not overpowering, and no eye irritation), the price is friendly, and the results are decent. I’m curious to see how long it will take for any freeze to return. For context, I’m 4b/4c natural curly hair, about 5 inches long, so I used half the recommended product. My curls now look shiny, soft, and loose, and my hair doesn’t feel fried or crispy. I washed it after 3 days and have been doing wash-and-go’s since — I never intended to go completely straight. A strand test at 180°C sealed the product well for me, so I didn’t go any higher — I recommend this approach. Overall, I’m ok with the results and look forward to seeing improvements to the product instructions! It’s giving clinical trial vibes 😂

Excelente tratamiento para alaciado en casa. Es fácil de usar solo ocupas una secadora y plancha para cabello. Yo tenia el pelo al hombro cuando lo usé y con una botella fue suficiente, claro que yo tengo el pelo delgado y no en mucho volumen. No fui nada constante en el cuidado post aplicación, yo seguí mi rutina normal bañándome diario y sin usar algún otro tratamiento para mantener el lacio y me duró cerca de un mes.
