The flavour takes time to get used to but the benefits are life changing for me. I used to get tonsillitis at least 4/5 times each winter but since I've started drinking this daily for the last 3 years or so, I've not had even one bout of tonsillitis. Also have noticed i feel more run down when i miss a few days of drinking this so I've recommended the tea bags to everyone i know. I know its helped a great deal with my immune system.
