Does this work on old dye? My mom is letting her gray come in and it's like gray umbre lol. Can she use this to remove the rest of the color?

I've done two rounds of this product after dying my ash brown hair a ‘toasty fireside brown’..both times my hair has turned out to be red....as if my natural hair color is a red/orange. This is so irritating that it didn't work.

I have natural dark hair and i am now a bleached blonde. I put a semi permanent direct dye over the blonde. Will this make me blonde again?

Im a natural blonde but i dyed my hair a light brown with medium brown highlights when i used oops it made my light brown hair white and my medium brown highlights about the same medium brown it really depends on how strong the product is. Hope this was helpful

Disappointing

I’m really satisfied with this product. My hair color is naturally dark brown and decided to dye it with black for a change. I was happy for a couple of months but decided to change my hair color to brown again. However, there is no salon that wanted to do my hair without bleaching it and I’m not really into bleaching my hair bcos of the trauma I had in YR2017😆 anyway, I checked out here and found this product with lots of good review hence I tried it myself! And viola! My hair turned copper in color after using it but its decent enough to have my hair rested for a few weeks before dyeing it again with whatever color I feel except black, of course.
