great value
super grateful the 1lb pair were available locally. They are a little slippery for outdoor summer use in UAE, I just added some tennis overgrip. My shoulders are feeling so much better in just a couple sessions. I can bench 225 lbs and still get great value out of a 1 lb pair. I would recommend EVERYONE try indian clubs for mobility and strengthening small stabilizer muscles everywhere which get left behind in traditional lifts.

Glad I found these.
My uncle had these clubs back home but they were made of walnut wood! Much bulkier. He had them custom made. I dislocated my shoulder a few years ago and lost some tissue around my rotator cuff. Overhead press with barbell was sending twinges to shoulder until I found these. I started using them and hands down nothing compares to these. I have the lost tissue back and pressing even more now. Pull-ups, easy! Get these.

They are ok but they peel off. You can use with gym gloves afterwards though.
