Absolutely. The case just protects your pillow. It is washable also. I fabreeze my pillows during wastime.

Will this cover keep the tempur-pedic cooling pillow cool? The “premium” washable cover that it came with ripped.

Hi I found my original cover was fine but used an additional cover on first use and found it to be cool as I have a high body temp hope this helps
