Had a total knee replacement and it wraps perfect around my knee. Freezes quickly and stays cold a longtime!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The material & gel fill seemed the best choice to help with inflamed muscles. It doesn't stay cool enough for long enough. Buy I like using it

Work well for both hot and cold
Comfortable application and straps help to herp it where it's needed. Also the strap helps to place it behind the back and then lean against a chair to hold it in place.

This cold belt works well because it Remains flexible to wrap around your knee or shoulder, unlike some belts that are like trying to wrap with a block of ice.
